We describe the three current versions of software that are arising from the collaboration between the Diputación Provincial de Zaragoza and the Escuela Universitaria Politécnica de La Almunia. They are used for better management of the municipal archives in the province of Zaragoza (Spain). For this purpose, an overview of the most important functional charac-teristics of these tools is provided, one of which is being used by many municipalities in the province, another is intended for use only in municipalities with certain characteristics, and the third one is restricted to the Diputación Provincial de Zaragoza.
