Abstract

The general objective of maximum quality, or excellence, in the informative/ documentary services is pursued through a Management policy of Total Quality whose procedures are the strategic planning (that includes the leadership) and the management of resources (human, financial, material, informative) and of processes (administrative management, analitical, technical), that provides a satisfaction level to clients, staff, managers and citizens; state that feedbacks the process in a series of uninterrupted improvement cycles.
