The advent of the Information Society raises new challenges and needs; some of these are directly related to the birth of new possibilities of employment for the information professionals. These new "deposits of employment" remain hidden most of the time. So, an effort of imagination is needed to reveal them up. Information professionals have the challenge of bringing to reality all the new possibilities of work that the Information Society brings. The different subjects where possibilities of employment are detected are considered: education, mass media, small and middle entreprises, telework, NGO´s, etc.Downloads
