Abstract

From 1908 to 1980 the Mountains, Hunt and Fishing State Office and the I.C.O.N.A. among their tasks of planting trees and fire extinction, generated an important ammount of documentation. This essay deals with the treatment of documentation related to the employment of temporary workers as well as the strategies of information retrieval for the whole holdings.
