Strategies to improve Web accesibility to the Web and its contents

The main strategies that facilitate the creation of an accessible web page are presented and analyzed. An information manager must be aware of the problem and the strategies and techniques available to overcome it. They presuppose prioritizing the content over the aesthetical aspects, if necessary.
